Made by the American Parlor Kinetoscope Company. Introduced three years after Thomas A. Edison opened his first Kinetoscope parlor, where patrons could view a short film in a peepshow like device, the parlor kinetoscope was intended to appeal to the burgeoning home entertainment market.
